We promise to provide a welcoming environment where you feel seen, valued, and cared for. Our skilled stylists are dedicated to understanding your unique style and delivering a thoughtful, high-quality experience that brings your vision to life.

Communication Process

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we prioritize clear and transparent communication. We are available via call or text at 480-227-3239 during our business hours of 9 am to 6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Whether it’s a reminder or a question, our team is here to provide timely responses to keep you informed every step of the way.

Reservation Process

Booking your visit at Enlight Collective should feel as effortless as your experience with us. We use an online appointment system available 24/7, allowing you to schedule, modify, or review your appointments at your convenience. Simply visit enlightcollectivesalon.com to manage your appointments at any time. All first-time hair color appointments will be required to place a $50 deposit when booking your appointment. Your deposit goes towards the total cost of the service. Your deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation of the appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Confirmation Process

Once you've booked your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation via text and email with all the details of your appointment. We want to ensure you feel confident about your upcoming appointment. We’ll send friendly reminders via text two days before and one hour before your appointment, ensuring everything goes smoothly.

Our Cancellation Process

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can easily do so through the 2-day reminder text we send you. Should you need to cancel after confirming your appointment, you can manage it directly through our online appointment platform at enlightcollectivesalon.com or call/text us at 480-227-3239. Life happens, and emergencies are sometimes unavoidable. If that’s the case, please text or call 480-227-3239, and we’ll do our best to find a solution. If we need to cancel your appointment we will do our best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible.

Missed Appointments

We value your time and our team's time. If you miss your confirmed appointment without notifying us, you will forfeit your deposit. If your appointment did not require a deposit, we will request one for your future appointments. We do understand that emergencies can arise. If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please text or call 480-227-3239, and we'll work with you to make things right.
